A new week comings let try to start workout. Preparing Christmas holidays the personal trainer HYAN Khauv suggest you to working out only 10 to 15 min when you wake up or when you get few minutes behind you during day. 
3 pull ups (traction ou tirage)
7 push ups (pompe jambe tendus ou sur les genoux)
&
12 squat (flexion extension des jambes)

Just do it 3 to 6 times with your own rythm and take 1 min rest doin front plank each times.
